Passive Side: $0.0006 charge per share
Active Side: Free
No Fee is charged for Internal Crosses
No fee is charged for orders placed in Omega ATS that do not execute.
Securities below $1.00 (TSX, Venture, US listed in CAD)
Passive Side: $0.0002 charge per share
Active Side: Free
For all Debt Instruments (Fixed Income/Listed Debentures) transactions, $0.05 per $1000 face value charged to the “active” (“take”) side.

Payment Methods
Subscribers use one of the following two payment methods:
Omega Pre-Authorized Debit – The commission owing on account of each calendar month is debited from your designated bank account on the tenth business day following month-end.
CDS Pre-Authorized Debit – The commission owing on account of each calendar month is debited by CDS from your designated bank account on or about the ninth business day following month-end.
Communication Charges
Subscribers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own connectivity.
Other Charges
Market Data
Omega ATS charges for its real time market data on the following terms:
$2.85 per month per user for “top of book” real time data (“Level 1″)
“full depth of book” real time data is currently subject to a fee holiday
